Returns Policy

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase within the trial period. The term of 14 days starts from the day after receipt of the product(s) by or on behalf of the customer. After this period, the purchase is definite. These regulations have been put down in the Distance Selling Regulations (wet Kopen op Afstand), following a guideline provided by the European Union, to protect the rights of consumers.

 

Do you want to return your purchase?

With your purchase you receive a track and trace code by e-mail. In this e-mail you can find a return link. By clicking on this link you can report the return of the package en print your return ticket. At that point the only thing left to be done is bringing the package to the post office.

Do not return your product without notifying us, because in such a case your order is not cancelled and an invoice will still be sent.

Costs of return deliveries

The costs and risks of a return delivery are for the customer. The purchase price will be transferred to your account as soon as possible and never later than 14 days after receipt of the return delivery, minus any costs that may have been incurred by Basic Lodge due to the return delivery.
